Red Mountain Grace’s YP Board is a dedicated group of young professionals aged 22-35 committed to providing gracious hospitality to out-of-town guests in need of long-term housing during prolonged medical treatment in Birmingham, AL.
Joining our YP Board is a fantastic opportunity. You’ll collaborate with Birmingham’s most caring young professionals and play a frontline role in providing gracious hospitality to those in great need. The impactful stories and relationships our team has cultivated are deeply meaningful. We invite you to join us in making a meaningful difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
Join Our Peer Board
Work with fellow young professionals to advance Red Mountain Grace's mission and vision.
Team Engagement
You'll be assigned to a care team dedicated to supporting guests in one of our apartments. Tasks may include cleaning, meal preparation, celebrating milestones, and visiting with the guest and their family.
Support Annual Fundraisers
Lead and support the planning and execution of yearly fundraisers sponsored by the Red Mountain Grace Young Professionals Board. These include Widespread Grace and Pickleball Palooza.
Additional Projects
Contribute to various tasks and projects that align with Red Mountain Grace's mission and vision.
